The Wing Snob Story

Wing Snob was born from one simple idea: wings deserve better. Our founder, Marcus Reid, grew up eating wings that were either too soggy, too bland, or drowned in sauce that masked everything. In 2016, he set out to prove that a true wing snob experience — crispy skin, bold rubs, and sauces made from scratch — could exist right here in Warren, MI.

What started as a pop-up booth at local food festivals became a full kitchen operation and beloved wingsnob destination. Today, Wing Snob serves thousands of loyal customers across the United States, delivering every order with the same obsessive care Marcus put into his very first batch.

2016

The First Pop-Up

Marcus Reid launched Wing Snob as a pop-up booth at the Warren Summer Food Festival. The response was overwhelming — sold out in three hours.

2017

First Ghost Kitchen

Wing Snob secured its first ghost kitchen space in Warren, MI, enabling delivery orders and a consistent wingsnob experience for locals.

2019

Signature Sauce Line

We launched our iconic 12-sauce lineup, including the now-legendary Honey Inferno and Smoked Garlic Bliss. Wing Snob fans went wild.

2021

Best Wings Award
