How It All Began
Wing Snob was born from one simple idea: wings deserve better. Our founder, Marcus Reid, grew up eating wings that were either too soggy, too bland, or drowned in sauce that masked everything. In 2016, he set out to prove that a true wing snob experience — crispy skin, bold rubs, and sauces made from scratch — could exist right here in Warren, MI.
What started as a pop-up booth at local food festivals became a full kitchen operation and beloved wingsnob destination. Today, Wing Snob serves thousands of loyal customers across the United States, delivering every order with the same obsessive care Marcus put into his very first batch.
